“Honey, would you please build this for me this weekend?”
My fiancee has always called chores or to-do’s his “honey do’s”. He is really silly about it actually. This weekend his little chore is to build a couple floating shelves for our living room. I can’t wait to decorate them once they’re finished so stay tuned!

Wednesday has always been one of the best weekdays, as it means we are halfway there! Today was especially celebratory, as I got to spend it with my future mother and sister-in-law! Check out the adorable welcome sign that we picked up at this antique shop in Austin. Of course, it has the traditional sign of hospitality and one of my favorite things, a pineapple. I can’t forget to mention the delicious ice cream that we got to snack on from Amy’s. Holy yum!
